the ‘casa TR’ project lies on the outskirts of pilar in buenos aires and is especially designed to respond to the demands of a young professional couple who has applied for the mortgage loan ‘PRO.CRE.AR‘. as a consequence of dividing the land of former farms into lots, single-family houses have started to be built contributing to the urban sprawl in this area.
