DENORTE chose a trapezoidal volume supported on a pedestal and clad in a white lattice envelope with irregular opens. most noticeably is the colorful silhouettes of people that have been painted onto the matte façade by urban artist SUSO33. the windows carved out form openings to allow a concentrated flow of natural light into all the departments inside. the previous building was made of red bricks, where the project began back in 2010 having already designed cualtis’ offices in murcia.
