mexican based atelier dellekamp arquitectos‘ ‘NRFM nissan renault finance mexico’ project is a campus that has as its centerpiece the square surrounded by three volumes. this plaza functions as a circulation distributor and becomes an oasis full of vegetation; its mirror of water generates a micro climate that provides excellent climatic comfort. the workspace is developed on a land of 7,890 m2 with a total construction area of 24,800 m2. to ensure an efficient building, dellekamp proposes a balance between cost, structure, facilities, flexibility and operation.
