Laercio Fabiano Arquitetura’s newly completed Dali Twins House, or Casa Gemeos Dali, stands as an example of the firm’s commitment to creating spaces that prioritize family life. Commissioned by a family with twin children, the residence is located in Bauru, Brazil and is designed to offer comfort and functionality in every corner. The heart of the home is the social area, an open-plan layout encompassing a spacious living room and dining room fluidly integrated with the kitchen. This configuration fosters a sense of togetherness, encouraging shared family time. The central kitchen island serves as both a culinary workspace and a gathering point, enhancing the convivial atmosphere.

Recognizing the importance of outdoor living, the architects at Laercio Fabiano Arquitectura design the Dali Twins House with a vast backyard complete with a swimming pool and garden. This space provides a dedicated area for children to play and for parents to relax while overlooking their young ones. Practicality is another key feature of the Dali Twins House. Three suites, including a master bedroom for the parents and individual rooms for the twins, ensure privacy and comfort for all family members. An additional outdoor bathroom offers convenience and accessibility. The inclusion of a separate laundry area and a versatile office space that can also function as a children’s playroom demonstrates the architects’ attention to detail and the family’s specific needs.
