situated in tachikawa city, just 30 minutes from tokyo’s popular shinjuku area, the sorano hotel with interiors by curiosity is developed around the concept of ‘well-being’. as such, it offers health-conscious activities including dining, spa and workout facilities, all centered around a holiday style the hotel calls the ‘well-being short trip’. past the entrance, the lobby is designed to recreate the feeling of being within nature, while its ambiences changes dramatically during the night with a warm atmosphere. lighting shines through the louvers of the tent-shaped ceiling, creating a play of light and shadows, while the ‘ima lounge’ welcomes visitors in a relaxing, intimate space right around the corner.curiosity completes sorano hotel with tent-shaped entrance in tokyo
