boozghan studio’s ‘mehraz dowlat’ in tehran is a split office tower with two independent business units on each floor. a central access provides connection to all levels, as well as allocates space for green terrace areas that draw life into the structure.

a lightweight metal frame encloses the entire building. sections are perforated with local motifs and serve as building shading and thermal buffer. ‘mehraz dowlat’ office building was designed by boozghan studio, and completed in 2015 in tehran, iran.
