‘bicbanco headquarters’ by kiko salomao architectsglass panel and marble portico

the project by brazilian architect kiko salomao takes place within an executive/financial office district in the city of são paulo, where the new headquarters of bicbanco is situated. influenced by the unique visual impact and silent beauty of erwin hauer’s modular structures, the modern concept utilizes a metallic mesh coating through-out the center unit (nucleus), where the bathrooms, personel elevators, files cabinets, and multiple translucent doors are located. limestone flooring covers the entire interior footprint of the plan, where additional porches and corrugated glass partitions fill the remainder of the space.
