The Choori Lamp
Choori in Hindi means colourful glass bangles, a must have for all women in India. This lamp is inspired from idea of how women in India use clothes hanger for hanging their bangles. The frame of the lamp is handcrafted in brass and designed to accommodate two light sources. When lit, the coloured bangles cast its colours all around while the soft clinging of the bangles appeals to the senses. The brass hangers are inspired by the shape of arches from medieval Indian palaces.
