designer's own words:
“Sleepig mice” is a part of a bigger collection named Monomoka.
Monomoka, so far resulted in a group of 13, unique in character, hand crafted pieces,
merging sculptural forms with multiple functions. “Sleepig mice” is oval structure made of 1500 small crocheted "linen mice" (dimensions: L=92cm, W=92cm, H=33cm). It can be much bigger, but, probably, not any smaller. Inspiration came from everything what nature has to offer. The basic idea was to TRANSFORM natural forms into modern design. We achieve this goal by using old handcraft techniques (crocheting and knitting ). It gave us possibilities of flexible, analog, creation.
