this handcrafted wooden motorcycle toy is made of 100% sustainable materials

portuguese product designer and craftsman emanuel rufo introduces a handmade wooden toy motorcycle, made of 100% sustainable materials. the design is inspired by racing classic motorcycles, as a response to the need of developing a product for two-wheel motor vehicle enthusiasts. the entire piece is handcrafted in natural wood, with high-quality finishes.all images courtesy of emanuel rufo

the wooden toy by emanuel rufo is available in three colors: red, with the number 53 on the sides, green with the number 22, and blue with the number 09. in terms of characteristics, it allows turning the handlebars to both sides. it also includes a stick that can be embedded into the motorcycle, when in motion, working as a footrest, or it can be pushed to one side, serving as a lateral stand when the motorcycle is stopped.

the bottom of each motorcycle is engraved with the brand logo, name, and unique serial number. it also contains a CE marking, that certifies its suitability for children over 3 years old. FSC certified wood, acrylic paints and acrylic varnish especially suitable for children render the entire product sustainable.
