designer's own words:

probably most of the creative work are not done in one second - from a blank piece of paper to a few scribbles to some serious drawings and writings then to a final outcome, it is a long journey with passions, adventures, and sweat and tears.
however, it is always the work in progress keeps one going. just like painting, you keep adding colour on canvas bit by bit, day by day, and get excited when you are nearly there. moleskinerie and moleskine are just the same. moleskine keep record of how your ideas are created and how they become more solid day by day, whereas moleskinerie shows you the making of / behind the scenes of other people's work.

in my logo design, i use the 'loading bar' idea as a metaphor, as the waiting bit or the work in progress bit is always the most fascinating moment during a creative journey.
