an ink stain spreads shaping the word "moleskinerie", where "m" gives the symbol of the phoenician alphabet.
the logo draws on the one hand the beginnings of writing as a form of permanent communication and other moleskinerie "products" such as ideal means through which to implement the written or drawn transmission, in anyway a form of creative ability to communicate.
the logo ties the name "moleskinerie" and its products to ability to create a written statement on pages of paper transferred.
