well, when i first saw the competition for the moleskinerie blog logo it just came to my head what i wanted to do! the form of the logo is to represent the moleskine sketch book, and in order to do that the letters are separated. the red and blue line are there to represent what makes the moleskine books so famous, the elastic that holds the book closed and the rope to bookmark the pages ... and that is it
