The use of segmented translucent petals is create an element of spectacle, drawing in the visitor. These may be controlled from the centre of each pod, Equirectangular projection from the centre giving an all round image. The use of more than one node, combined with an interactive display, is intended to allow the user freedom to seek out whatever subject matter is of most interest.
