leva: door handle conceived as door interface. the door handle has been rendered much lighter as compared to its original and in any case, plain shape; the purpose of this is increasing affordance and ergonomics. the concept behind this door handle can be made more evident by working differently those surfaces rendered lighter. a well-built but not rigid door handle is thus developed, which is suitable to adjust itself to the way one intends or needs to open the door.
