INFINITY by erwin lao from singapore

the project is inspired by the exploration of mathematical symbol of infinity. instead of a bulky metal lever, it incorporate the extruded continuous ribbon. the design is naturally formed by the differentiation of the continuous ribbon width. for instance, it is wider on the top area to naturally provide sufficient comfort for the user to pull the lever but it is slimmer at the bottom area. it has longer ribbon to the lever area but is shorter to the rose area where the infinity ribbon wrap the round rose. the infinity ribbon and the rose is made of cast metal and can provide different finish such as satin or polished.
