the spiral door handle is made of a long slim and flat shape. it forms two ridges in the front part and a downward oblique wide surface in the back part. you can put your thumb in the valley between the two ridges, and grip one of the ridges which is in the right by your thumb and fore finger, then you can wrap the back part of the door handle with the other four fingers except your thumb.
