i started with brief napkin sketches and inspiration photos. once i had a basic idea of how i wanted the main features i took the product into a 3d modeling program where i fine tuned the size and sculpted the surface. i then tried a variety of color and material variations. the handle is ready to be prototyped through cnc machining, where material and surface finish can be applied.
