Shell Door handle by gil sheffi from israel

designer's own words:

Today, in the post modern era we live in, our surroundings are full of colors and shapes. from that understanding comes the idea of a door handle that should be horizontal, a mere continuation of it's own rosset, making for no additional noise in the house but reflecting it's surrounding. the sloping handle gives a good agronomic solution, and feels in the hand like a much bigger handle. the slope also hides behind it the mechanic part of the handle that supports the handle as the two merge. this handle makes minimal visual noise without compromising on comfort.

The handle is suitable for Die-casting, in a simple 2 pieces mold, making it a perfect fit for colombo manufacturing facilities. the rosset can be either die-casted or punched. and the material can vary from almost all metal with different finished.
