this concept keeps his classical oval form, but in a whole new story. the base of this form is the famous symbol yin yang. as the symbol represents the opposites, the same way the concept represents the opposites of the materials and so its making a perfect composition. the door handle is made of combination of two metals (aluminium, chrome, silver, gold…) - metals which have their opposites.the mechanism has kept it’s typical function of a simple oval door handle but with some changes : the door opens in the corresponding side. this door handle is special because of the way in which you can lock the door. the door locks on the opposite side of which you open it. while you are turning the door handle to lock position the opposite materials of the door handle are separating and in the middle you can see the lock. you can turn back the materials in their original state by turning the door hand in the side opposite of the side in which you turned the handle to lock the door, or you can leave it and it will go back in the original state in a few seconds.
