this handle provides a solution which is drawing attention and is subtile and quietly at the same time:
the user can mark the handle with a small red sign to communicate that he won't be disturbed or to communicate that something important is going on.

the construction of the handle is simple and all standard parts can be used. the main parts like the handle itself and the rosette can be made from aluminum die casting. the red sign is a thin piece of plastic. this could come in different colors. in this example red is used.
against the red plastic part is a aluminum part. to mark the door for attention the user can pull the aluminum part down. it is guided in the rosette. ( details can be seen on the explode view)

with these simple construction and the subtile and useful function for attention this handle would be fitting very well into private houses, public buildings or companies where a serious and quite atmosphere is necessary.
