Crossing

Crossing by stefano vaccari from italy

designer's own words:

A joke, an unconventional idea for an object that we are used to see as a thick, solid form. Crossing is what it's been left by erosion due to time and use; it's the intersection of tracks left by thousands of hands; it's the skeleton of a handle.
Crossing is made of many brass sticks, welded, cut and then beveled. I thought to four precious finishing, to make it even more precious: silver, gold, platinum and titanium galvanic plate.
