the main concept was to create a design which can be customized to any environment and attractive to interest users to touch and use. in addition, the elegant rise and fall of the curve also creates an easy grip for the handle. inspired by birds flapping their wings, “volo” was created. the main body is attached to the round rose while the different material handles are joined to the metal plate on the main body. as the handle is attached discreetly at the center of the body, it creates a floating visual effect as if the handle is floating above the cylindrical body. metal handles give a refined aesthetic while wood gives a natural and warm feel. on the other hand, the coloured plastic versions can be used to brighten up a dull and cold environment. with this, many variations can be created and customized to the consumers’ taste.
