model M6 indicates formal simplicity as well as creative variety. i set out to develop a door handle in different materials and colours other than chrome and satined steel without rejecting standardized norms.to create a handle looking playful yet technically convincing.
the solution consists of a modular handle, the parts of which can be exchanged easily at any time without technical expertise. the mountable handle and rosette are made of powder-coated metal or synthetic material, corian for example. Of course it also works with a standard chrome finish.
this way M6 can be adapted to or contrasted with its environment by ways of colour. the handle itself is connected to the thorne (mandrill) with a m6 screw, fixed with a flexible washer. therefore the model name M6.
