This prototype bronze handle establishes a duality between a doors' two sides. Rope is used as the representational material for the psychological assessment of delineations: it is straightened into an orthogonal door lever that fits neatly into a closed hand on one side, and it is entangled into a twisted orb that fills the palm on the other. One side of the door is linear and orderly and the other is circling and complex.
