Inspired by a special type tailor cut used to achieve bends at the corners of fabric and the sculptural qualities and solidity of bronze, we propose to make the three main pieces from solid bronze stock and slightly chamfer the edges to make the pieces safe comfortable to the touch. Two thin stainless steel rings, would act as transition between the three bronze pieces. The bronze would be buffed to a high shine and the steel rings would be finished to a satin mill finish.
