Seoul is a global IT city. and the citizen's are useing many IT products. but , if this IT products does't go by electricity, it does't have no use.

concept
bicycle battery charger has break down problems and not easy to use cause the complicated structure.
to solve the weakness, i suggest a more greener and easily install/removeing charger.
the more effective innards makes the wind power creation when the bicycle moves.
electricity which is made by the wind power is ues to the charger.

Principle
inhalation air go's to the back which has low pressure and when it pass the narrow space the air makes the fan move effectively.
