Nowadays, there are lots of car parks in the city both in form of out-door parking lots and of multi-storey car parks. However, it is undeniable that many times, we only wish to stop by to run some errands on the way. It would be a waste time to drive around finding provided parking lots just to walk back for half of mile to get the job done. Therefore, we prefer to pull over by the sidewalk or footpath in which, inevitably, causing such inconvenience to both pedestrians and drivers by blocking traffic space and walk ways, also, ruining the sights of the city. That’s why I have come up with the solution by creating space under the sidewalk in order to allow the people to easily park their cars by the side of the street without blocking the pedestrians’ space or sights as well as the traffic space.
