Nowadays, Mexico has several problems due to the lack of water. The 60% of the potable water in the country is used for the houses and a great amount of it at the bathrooms. Taking advantage of the situation we decided to create a system able to reduce the waste of water while you take a shower by reusing it in the toilet.
The average of water wasted per family (5 members) in Mexico between the shower and the toilet is around 700 liters per day. Our idea is to recollect the water used at the shower instead of using potable water, in this way will be saving about 400 liters per day.
This environmental-friendly shower can easily substitute the showers used today, because it does not require specialized knowledge to install it, is efficient and of easy maintenance.
