Phase changing material integrated in the bench and bird pods allow surfaces to remain cooler in hot weather and warmer in cool weather. Solar cells supply sustainable energy to the integrated LED light pods. Kinetic energy is collected from the movement of the swaying tree and the weight distribution of people using the bench. All surfaces are coated with nano particles which create a self cleaning surface. Bio resin is used a 'green' material coating the structure.
