HCeL is a cell phone with a single function to receive and conduct calls, which uses salt water or acid solution as a source of energy, discarding the use of batteries that use toxic materials which pollute the environment.
Formally based on the movements of water, the unit can be customized easily by changing the color of the solution that generates energy.
