Nisarg Nagari - CITY AND GREEN DESIGN –
Incheon Green Design Competition

(1) Creating a Renewable Energy based Urban Infrastructure which will serve as a Renewable Energy Captive Power Plant using Solar Energy both Photovoltaic PV and Thermal with Wind Energy and Biogas backup during Night and Rainy Season.
(2) Using Glass and Photovoltaic with Open able Folding Reflecting Sunlight Concentrating Leaves which can block and unblock Sunlight on the Sun facing Facades and Roofs of all the Structures particularly the Sun facing Facades of High-rise Offices and the facades and Roofs of Shopping Malls and factories.
(3) The Reflecting Concentrating Folding leaves Control the Day lighting of the Interiors of High Rise Offices and Factories and Shopping Malls.
(4) All High rise to have structure linked roof top Wind Mills.
(5) All Residential sectors to have cluster based Biogas Plants.
(6) While all Sun facing Sides to have Solar PV Glass Panels , the Sun shaded side structure to have Storage, Toilets, Car Parks, Stairs requiring less heating.
(7) Roadside trees to be so planted as to serve as mounts for street lights.
(8) Biogas plants will need undiluted Sewage during Typhoons, necessitating Separate storm water drainage and sewage systems.
(9) Sewage Recycling for Ground water recharge and using treated sewage as manure for Urban Trees and lawns by drip irrigation system.
