Compost
The compost are made for public and private use.
For example schools, urban gardens, public spaces, tenement huses or parks open to the public.
You can put leaves, branches and organic material in the commpost and follow the process when the material turns into soil.
The compost is made of two identical shapes that form a cylinder. When transporting they are stackable. The 1:1 scale model photograped in my aplication measure 700 mm wide and 800 mm in height but can easily be adjusted. The pattern is first drawn by hand and then transfered to a computer cad-file.
Material used for the compost is recycled aluminum or sheet metal.
Inspiration for this compost came from looking for a compost that could be a decorative piece in a public recycle-station or other public enviroment. I also wanted to have the opportunity to follow the process closely and liked the idea of a compost that could be placed anywhere I liked.
