Highway is a never ending circuit of traffics and the Roulette Highway System clearly uses this as an advantage. The rotary magnet platform rotates as cars passes; since there are two opposite sides to a highway, the pulls are twice as effective and the needs of pull becomes less as the platform spins. This rotary motion generates electricity which is then stored underneath the highway and can be used to power street lights or other sources.
