Global warming is a critical issue in our lives. Although many environmental repercussions might not occur in the near future, the people of today have the responsibility to help and educate the people of tomorrow.
The goal of my graphic design thesis, “Rise of a New World,” is to warn young people about rising sea levels due to global warming. I use new and unconventional methods to send out messages about the consequences of climate change. The project consists of a graphic novel and custom designed action figures that tell a fictional story of life in the year 2106.
