The temperature of city center is higher then around which is called “heat island effect” as too much energy is consumed the temperature was raised. In the summer after rain the temperature drops as the evaporation of the water needs heat. In the history city center usually have fountain for public use and this tradition has been abandoned. 98L is an public installation which use sunlight to evaporate rainwater to drinking water and cool down the city without any energy consumption!
