A machine for refilling mineral water designed to reduce the environmental harm caused by personal plastic bottles.

For each time the machine’s tanks are restocked, the environment is spared of 150 plastic bottles worth of waste.

Located in public spaces and a community focal point. Inspired by the social values of the sabil (traditional middle-eastern water fountain).

The concept allows significant price reductions (400%!) for the customer. For the water provider, the machine easily fits into existing supply infrastructures.

Mayimayim is a highly feasible solution which benefits all involved and the environment. With its rounded nirosta and polycarbonate construction, the design evokes water, while its minimalism promotes a functional and environmentally friendly way of life.
