concept proposes how ducati's first electric motorcycle might look

with legendary motorcycle brands such as harley davidson turning electric, the question is when rather than will ducati produce an electric model. ‘the future is electric, we’re not far from starting series production,’ said the italian brand’s CEO claudio domenicali. with news of the design under-wraps, however, aritra das designs shows how their e-model could possible look.

called the ducati ‘elettrico’, aritra das designs borrows many elements from the brand’s previous designs, especially with a distinct likeness to the ‘panigale’. the typically red exterior is defined with a clean and smoothly sculpted bodywork that features few distinguishable lines, most notably on the front. whilst only speculating the technical details of its power, the design’s prominent mid-mounted motor leads to a sharp, cantilevered seat and rear tail.

although simply speculative, the ‘elettrico’ only adds to the anticipation for ducati’s first electric model. like the renders of aritra das designs, we believe their design will be similarly as sporty.
