GRASP is a Corian surfaced handrail. Corian is used as the visible skin of a technical core, because it responds to the psychological, emotional, haptic and construing aspects that are important for the handrail users. It solves as well all practical aspects that are important for operators (hygiene, cleaning, maintenance...), while the extruded aluminium core simplyfies mounting and fixing the handrail for planners and executors.
Corian is able to evoke precise connotations and sensations outlined by architects and designers.
With GRASP we propose an angle formed handrail in vivid colours. The contact with this handrail does suggest the following qualities:
