vittore inox by giancarlo mino from switzerland
designer's own words:
Ironically named Vittore-Inox, like the famous multi-fonction swiss pocket knife, the kitchen is based on two opposite poles, water and fire, both centers of cooking actions.
The kitchen is made up of several retractable shelves which allow various functions and provisions. The space is thought as a place of development of meal and contains the minimum required to cook and arrange.
Indeed, each shelve is characterized by a different function, such as the wooden board located near the water point where aliments are cut.
Users can arrange this kitchen according to their need and then retract it like a knife after use.
