Utility:

2. Digital information goggle as a tiny monitor to watch digital videos
3. Massaging pad
4. Lighting equipment for reading

Design concepts:
Besides the ordinary function of the toilet chair to service human physical needs, there are tons of things people like to do while sitting on a toilet chair. For instance, lots of people read in the rest room. They may think, sing, or talk on the phone as well. Some designers even get their inspirations there. Hence I put the toilet chair as the essence of this design. In hopes that teenagers can do all kinds of study and explore their unlimited imagination on top of this toilet chair that signifies comfort and safety.
