tiny trailer transforms into 100 square foot cabin in under 9 minutes

at 6 feet 7 inches tall and only 4 feet wide, it’s hard to believe that within minutes, and with little effort, the tiny camp365 trailer transforms to become a larger 100-square-foot camper with a 7-foot 6-inch ceiling. that’s the feat of washington-based engineers who have designed a compact trailer that unfolds to sleep up to six people.

on the road the camp365 boasts an aerodynamic and narrow design, weighing in at just 1480 pounds. it features an adjustable wheel base, which extends out from four feet to 6 for increased stability on the highway. once parked up, engage the 
mechanical lift assist – which the designers say is grandma-certified – and in about ten minutes a six person cabin with 100-square-feet has been assembled. inside, the camper sleeps up to six people with a customizable bed system that includes a fully folding raised bed and fold-out beds for four. a weather-proof aluminum shell, extra insulation, air conditioning, and heating, makes the camp365 ready to use in any season.

other amenities include a two-burner, portable pull-out stove which can be used inside or out, a DC-powered refrigerator mounted on an industrial strength drawer, also accessible from the outside, and an industrial-strength, standard-height toilet that pulls out and is concealed by a privacy curtain that doubles as a changing area. meanwhile, floor compartments and optional portable shelving and hanging bars offer up to 39 cubic feet of dry storage. for the glampers out there, an optional outdoor shower room is available as an add-on other add-ons include a seven-point leveling system, tinted windows with screens, and optional side racks for kayaks, bikes, and paddle boards.
