the menacingly blacked-out ronin 47 takes its name from a japanese legend

uncrate has collaborated with ronin to come up with a custom built blacked-out motorcycle inspired by a japanese legend. designed by the online buying guide, a limited edition of two identical models have been added to the online buying guide’s line of exclusive products. the motorcycles silhouette is made up of a satin black airbox cover and black paint on the front and rear main springs, front fork links, and subframe.

the project takes its name from the famous japanese legend ‘revenge of the 47 ronin’ – ronin meaning a samurai with no lord or master. the motorcycles are two in a series of 47 models including all-white, raw and vintage designs.

the model offers a top speed of 160 MPH and 130 rear-wheel HP. smoke gray was used to replace the taillight lens, the cast rearsets replaced with black anodized billet parts from vintage racers, the muffler endcaps repainted in black cerakote, and the entire exhaust wrapped with black header tape. finally, the seat has been reupholstered in black leather by clint wilkinson. each bike weighs in at 425 lbs, priced at $46,000 USD, and are available now on uncrate.
