The creation and result of this productidea, was a vision of making a tool that could glue any bakery construction together with melted sugar… This new kitchen tool makes it easier and more fun to glue for example Gingerbreadhouses and other cake or dessert contstructions with melted sugar. Todays methods, consits of using a mixture of egg whites and sugar, or melting sugar in a frying pan. This methods is bothersome, time consuming, -and melted sugar in a pan, represent a major burn injurie treath. Time is saved on preparations and cleaning up, and can be used focusing on valubel time with the family and friends, exploring the fun excitment of creating bakery constructions, and ...the sweet way to glue...it together..., the memories it gives to be a part of this as an event. This is the context. As for the design of the tool, it was important to give the product values that adaptes in a family kitchen. It is easy to use and clean. When not in use, it can be stored together with other cake tins. The design is inspired both by the emotions and the streamlined designs from the 50th, also of the urban notion on time as a trend today.
