This project is a collaboration between an industrial designer and a fine artist (photography), based on pictures taken on a trip to spitsbergen in 2004. This is a new way of using art in interior, the pictures pull you inn, and give a sense of tranquility and wellbeing. These three images represent the tip of the iceberg and has unlimited possibilities not only in the bathroom, but in public spaces (indestructable art), in the kitchen, outoors or indoors.
imagine this picture in a spa, before you enter the pool area or the changing rooms. combine it with a cold pool or a quiet area. the picture pulls you inn and the colours are both calm and soothing. this art will not deteriorate, and transforms any room
imagine walking into the shower and seeing the horizon, the coolness and purity of the arctic. a new use of art, tranquility and solitude. peace of mind to start the day.
