HUB consulting creates beachside villas in fast growing area of bali

HUB consulting has created a series of villas located in the fast growing area of berawa, bali. with a contemporary take on tropical design, the complex of 5 villas aims to satisfy those looking for a safe yet entertaining feeling in their house.

the building’s facade is clad in wooden slats

designed with a young couple or family with kids in mind, the kitchen, dining and living area occupies one room on the ground floor, offering a spacious and sociable ambience. this is complimented by natural light welcomed in through large glass doors and windows, one of which leads out to the garden’s focal entertainment feature – the pool. starting below the building’s cantilever design – an architectural choice to break down the enormity of the property – an outdoor seating area runs parallel comprising a pool terrace and lower-level seating area.

throughout the property, hub consulting have used visual textures to create a diversity in design. decorative tiles on both the staircase and the master suite reference classic patterns such as the indonesian batik, wooden slats used to protect the wall from sun exposure give the facade of the building an heir of warmth and an emphasis on well-manicured landscape features can be seen both within and outside the house.
