[Background]
'Rise' is a smart alarm lamp which assists our bio-rhythm. It changes it's shape interactively according to our bio-rhythm. Modeled after the rising sun, eco-friendly light emitting lamp helps us wake up in a smooth mood. Just like sun rising above the horizon, 'Rise.' transforms it's shape from flat panel to hemisphere.
[How it works]
You just need to tag your phone above the center of 'Rise'. It will work by NFC and mobile application. We can set the light settings and alarms in detail. During the day time, ‘Rise’ charges energy by solar cell panels.
[Materials and structure]
Structure: 'Rise' is modeled after oriental origami. It is a perfect assembly of calculated angles which ables 2D model transforms into hemisphere (which consists several curved panel modules). There are joint balls at the end of the panel modules which are assembled with PP plate which contains holes to fit in the joint balls. Also the lamp has inner structure to pull up the panel modules.
Material1: Panel module's inner side is made of OLED cells. OLED cells reveal themselves when 'Rise' changes it's shape in to 3D hemisphere. Also with cork body, Eco-friendly OLED light lamp makes you feel comfortable when you wake up.
