designer's own words:
‘JOY’ is designed to express the joy of living a ‘lovefull’ life.
Time (present) is a gift that is given to everyone and with love we can use our time to its full extense.
To show the ‘joy of love’ the shape is derived from a ribbon of gift box flying in space. Becuase people
have different stories to tell of their time, they can choose from different modules to express their emotions.
(more modules could be developed in the future)
Flexible type OLED panel is used to take the shape of a ribbon and the product is installed just like
ordinary pendant lights hung from the ceiling. Transparent material and bended metal will be used as
product housing for durability and optimized lighting effect
Module A ( may consist of 40 of 406x50mm flexible type)
Module B (may consist of 56 of 406x50mm flexible panels)
Module C (may consist of 44 of 406×50 and 4 of 200x50mm flexible panels)
