iosa ghini associati designs interior of miami's brickell flatiron tower

CMC group presents ‘brickell flatiron’, a premier mixed-use development centrally located in brickell, home to miami’s financial district. the slender tower incorporates 548 residences — one to five beds, limited penthouses, duplexes — with 39,344 ft² of ground level retail space. ‘brickell flatiron’ was designed by renowned architect luis revuelta of revuelta architecture international, with interiors by italian architect and designer massimo iosa ghini of iosa ghini associati.

internally, ‘brickell flatiron’ is an amalgamation of curving elements. sophisticated and chic, architectural details are bolstered by a unique mix of textures, furniture, and an exclusive collection by american artist julian schnabel. ‘brickell flatiron’ offers full service amenities, and more: rooftop pool, spa and fitness center with panoramic city views, private theatre, wine room, cigar lounge, child center, and short walking distances to various miami hotspots. the development is expected for completion in 2018.
