started by two italian engineers, antonio ranalli and andrea andreucci set out to design a series of dirt motorcycles that offer zero drawbacks compared to their gasoline predecessors. the ‘due x’ and ‘due r’ are the first products to come out of armotia, that provide two-wheel drive and  electronic distribution of uniform torque. the ‘due r’ is adjusted for optimal control on everyday roads thanks to the 21 inch front wheel. the lowered seat adds for a comfortable ride that can last up to one and a half hours on a single charge. the two motors are powered by a 5.1 kWh lithium ion battery which takes two to six hours to charge. the result is electric motorcycle can travel a maximum speed of 90 km/h.

armotia’s ‘due x’ is the company’s answer to loud, gasoline guzzling off-road dirt bikes. the two wheel drive system can handle any conditions and riders can choose between three different riding modes to fine tune traction options. slightly heavier than the ‘due r’, the dirt two-wheeler has a 41 mm front fork and full adjustable rear monoshock. armotia skipped the mechanical instrument dial, and proposed riders use their smartphones for a more accurate digital readout. via bluetooth, the companion app can display battery range, speed and optional traction modes directly on the built-in mount.
